Shipping & Logistics

📦 When will my pillows arrive? Orders are prepared and dispatched from our facility within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery to Poland typically takes 3–6 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its journey.

🚚 Where do you deliver? Currently, dervz ships exclusively to Poland. This allows us to maintain high service standards and offer Free Shipping on every single order.

🔍 How can I track my order? As soon as your pillows are dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and link by email. You can use this at any time to view real-time updates from the courier.


Payments & Security

💳 Which payment methods do you accept? We support secure and commonly used payment options in Poland, including:

  • BLIK

  • Visa & Mastercard

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

All payments are processed through encrypted systems to ensure your financial information is 100% safe.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed? While we aim for timely delivery, international transit can occasionally be affected by holidays or weather. If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 business days, please contact us at info@dervz.com with your order number.


Returns & Hygiene

🔁 Can I return my pillow? Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. However, due to strict hygiene regulations, the pillow must be unopened, unused, and still in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return for health and safety reasons.

❗ What if I receive a damaged item? If your pillow arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days. Email info@dervz.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

🧼 How do I clean my dervz pillows? Most of our pillows come with removable, machine-washable covers. We recommend washing the covers at 40°C and air-drying them. Please check the specific care label on your product for detailed instructions.
